This lot of lithic points has an unusual pedigree. These points were collected by Virgil Tonn on his uncle's property in Willliamson County many years ago. Most date from 200 B.C. to 600 A.D and are considered to be Ensor or Fairland points. The last of the tribes to inhabit this region before being driven out in the 19th Century were the Tonkawa. These points are plentiful, and therefore some of these were used by Ben Ruhe to improve his knapping skills. Some were not modified at all. Length = 45 -> 68 mm ; Weight = 4 -> 11 gm
