Item BR19
Volker Behrens is a well known commercial manufacturer of
sporting and competition boomerang products. Volker was also
a competitor and member of the German International
Boomerang Team and a pioneer in the development of long
distance boomerangs with demonstrated throws of nearly 150
metres in the 1980s. Volker continues to make high
performance boomerang products. This includes boomerangs
made out of Aircraft Grade plywood, Paxolin, G12, Carbon
Fibre, Lap Joint Hardwoods and Strip Laminated
Hardwoods. This boomerang is a lap joint made out of Florida Cedar
boards and in the shape of the Wind Eater. Finished with
high gloss Varnish or Polyurethane. The underside has "
Florida Ceder VB 12/89 " and " To Ben salud, amistad y
dinero y tiempo para gustar lo jan 25 1990 ". This boomerang
is in excellent shape. I do not think that it was ever
thrown by Ben.
