Zoran Jarnovic is from Ljubljana, Slovenia. I have not met Zoran personally, but I was introduced to him many years ago through Barnaby Ruhe. Zoran also was friends with Brother Brian Thomas and when Brian was fighting his brain tumor in 2000, Zoran made this fantastic boomerang for him as a gift. This is the only boomerang I have ever seen that was made by Zoran and it is a beauty. The wood appears to be Maple and the boards are offset lapped, much like Rusty Harding's Concept 70 series and the boards are strengthened by 8 small metal pins in an elliptical array on the elbow. The underside of the dingle arm has " To Br. Brian with best wishes from Slovenia ; Ljubljana, XII . 2000 " and it is signed. This wonderful collectable is in excellent condition with just a light amount of wear from handling.
