This omega is the most collectible of all Dave Martin boomerangs because it has more art than any of his other models. The famous landmark - Ayers Rock is painted on the elbow and Aboriginal style art is burned into the surface of both arms. The reverse side of the elbow has Dave Martin's label. This boomerang is a nice flyer with a flight range of 35+ metres. It takes a hard throw with some incline for best results. This boomerang is in excellent condition.
Dave Martin made a fine selection of light weight sports boomerangs in the early 1990s in Australia. Dave's production ceased with his death in the 1990s and his boomerangs have become good collectibles. |
