Volker Behrens is a well known commercial manufacturer of sporting and competition boomerang products. Volker was also a competitor and member of the German International Boomerang Team. Volker was a pioneer in the development of long distance boomerangs and he had demonstrated throws of nearly 150 metres in the 1980s with his popular Challenger III Paxolin Hook. Volker continues to make high performance boomerang products. This includes boomerangs made out of Aircraft Grade plywood, Paxolin, G12, Carbon Fibre, Lap Joint Hardwoods and Strip Laminated Hardwoods.

This lap joint boomerang was made out of boards of Rosewood. It is in the shape of the Wind Eater. It flies like a Wind Eater and the range is 50+ metres. This boomerang likes a hard, straight out throw. A lead weight has been attached to the underside of both blades with tape to optimize the flight performance. The underside has " Bahra Rosewood " printed on the dingle arm and this boomerang is also signed by Volker. A smooth glossy finish on both surfaces. A wonderful collectable from the Volker Behrens collection.
