Trinket by Georgi Dimantchev

This Fast Catch was made out of a Darnell Polypropylene triFly and modified by narrowing the blades and by adding airfoiling for left or right handedness. Also has camber, lots of small weights and holes drilled through the tips. Takes a hard high throw. Best used by advanced throwers who can fine tune. Less experienced throwers can cover holes with tape to add training wheels.

Factor 2008 by Georgi Dimantchev

"Factor 2008" was made out of a Darnell Nylon triFly with a 9% fibreglas fill. This model has a circular level flight and works best in winds of 2-3 metres. There is a large hole and a small weight in each blade tip. Cool colors for good visibility. This is a good model to use in trash wind conditions in the Fast Catch or Endurance event. For advanced throwers only! It is recommended that you cover up the holes with tape and then selectively remove tape to tune this boomerang for your throwing style and wind conditions.

Wind Breaker by Georgi Dimantchev

"Wind Breaker" was made out of a Darnell ABS triFly. This model has a circular level flight and it works best in winds of 4-5 metres. There is a hole in the hub and tear drop holes with 4 added weights in each blade. This is a good model to use in higher wind conditions in the Fast Catch or Endurance event. For advanced throwers only! It is recommended that you cover up the holes with tape and then selectively remove tape to tune this boomerang for your throwing style and wind conditions.

This Paxolin Fast Catch boomerang, is slower than the Birch F/C, but it is terrific for throwing in windy conditions. Looses spin at end of flight and dies. Cover holes with tape for added spin. Add a coin for more range. Takes a hard throw. Comes with instructions. Thickness = 3 mm ; Span = 25 cm ; weight = 47 gm

Volker Behrens' Blue*Star Paxolin Fast Catch III Tri-Blader

This Paxolin Fast Catch boomerang, is slower than the Birch F/C, but it is terrific for throwing in windy conditions. Looses spin at end of flight and dies. Cover holes with tape for added spin. Add a coin for more range. Takes a hard throw. This model is made for windier conditions than Fast Catch II. Comes with instructions. Thickness = 3 mm ; Span = 25 cm ; weight = 41 gm

Volker Behrens' Blue*Star Paxolin Enduro Fast Catch

 This is an excellent Fast Catch boomerang to use in light to medium strong winds. Not as fast as the Birch Plywood model, but you will be glad you have it in garbage wind conditions. Made out of 3 mm Paxolin. Comes with instructions. Span = 25 cm ; weight = 43 gm

Volker Behrens' Blue*Star G12 Fast Catch II Tri-Blader

An exotic Fast Catch, made out of 2 mm G12 for windy conditions. A little smaller and lighter than the Pax F/C I model with about the same performance. Requires moderate wind for peak performance. Has a range of 20 metres in strong wind. Comes with instructions. Paint has poor bonding to G12 material and paint flaking is present on new boomerangs. Thickness = 2 mm ; Span = 25 cm ; weight = 44 gm

These 3 early Ruhf Fast Catch Boomerangs are from Larry Ruhf's early competition kit. They all have good collectable value. One is signed by competitors in the 1984 USA/Aussie Challenge Match. One is the F/C that Larry used to win F/C in the 1985 USBA Nationals. One is the F/C that Larry used to take second place in the 1986 USBA Nationals. The later has some light stress cracks in the upper ply. Most would need tuning to make them fly like they did 20+ years ago. Right Handed ; Span = 38-41 cm ; Weight = 49-54 gm

These 4 early Ruhf Fast Catch Boomerangs are from Larry Ruhf's early competition kit. These all have some collectable value and were battle heardened in early competition. All would need tuning to put them back into shape for competition. Although slower than the hot tribladers in use today, these are capable of hitting times under 20 seconds in the right hands. Right Handed ; Span = 36-38 cm ; Weight = 44-52 gm
