This is a very old [1950] license plate (#4005) from the Panama Canal Zone. This plate has been repainted on both sides and the restoration does not look very professional. The paint has preserved the metal surface. It is still a rare plate in G-VG condition. I would recommend stripping the paint off and having it repainted professionally. Length = 27 cm (11 inches) ; Width = 15 cm (6 inches) ; Weight = 172 gm
