This license plate is from the Panama Canal Zone. It was impossible to take a photo with a flash from a camera with this plate because there is a special reflective coating on it. I took the photo in full sunlight, so the black edges are shadows from the plate onto the background cloth.

This plate was used on a vehicle, but it is still in very good condition and without rust or visual damage. There are very light scratches or marks on the surface as shown in the photos of both sides. A very nice and rare plate from this former USA possession.
