This item is a small textile or fabric that appears to be an ornamental display. There are five parallel reed segments with dyed threads of tan, brown and black woven around and in between the reed segments. The piece appears to be complete and without any damage. This is a small, but very nice example of a woven fabric from the Chancay culture.
