This art boomerang from the Brother Brian Thomas collection was made by one of Brother Brian Thomas' close Australian friends in 1993. The boomerang is nicely painted with both sides depicting the colors of the beautiful toucan. The boomerang is in very good to excellent condition. It is signed and dated 1993 on one beak tip. A small weight is inserted into each tip and covered by the paint. This toucan species is native to Panama and it is familiar to me as it is the species that frequented my mother's fruit tray bird feeder when I was a small child living in the jungle town of Gatun at the edge of the Panama Canal.

Specifications: Right Handed ; Tip-to-tip Span = 32 cm ; Weight = 82 gm
