Stu Jones is one of the first friends that I made at a USBA competition. My first USBA tournament was the 1983 USBA Nationals and Stuart added me to his team and treated me like I had known him for years. Stu won Maximum Time Aloft one year by throwing a plastic Wham-O so high that it took forever to come down (He was an extremely powerful thrower!). Stu could throw five plastic Wham-O 'Rangss in succession and catch them all and he has done this on TV. Stu organized the USBA Nationals that was held in Minneapolis-St. Paul in 1997 and he continues to participate in tournaments after more than 30 yars of active throwing. Stu currently lives in Houston, Texas and he is an important organizer of Texan competition events. Stu doesn't make many boomerangs, but the ones that he does make are usually artistic and fly well.

This unusual boomerang is a four blader that depicts two crossed hockey sticks. This is one of the nicest art booms to come out of America. It is in new condition and it is signed and dated 1988. It is a very good flyer with a flight range of 30 metres. The only odd thing about it is that the shape does not give you a very comfortable grip. A great collectable and very rare.
