Chet Snouffer needs no introduction to most boomerang throwers. Chet was one of America's top throwers for decades and was the American Champion on numerous occasions. Chet was also a member of the first International American Boomerang team that went to Australia in 1981 and beat the Aussies at their own game. Chet has been President of the United States Boomerang Association, publisher of the Free Throwers Boomerang Newsletter and host of numerous USBA National tournaments and annual Free Throwers Fling in Delaware, Ohio.

This particular boomerang is the first triblader of this model that Chet ever made (1986). The hub has a large central hole and the blades are air brushed in rainbow colors on both sides. The boomerang comes with a letter to the previous owner's wife, dated 12/17/86 and saying " . . .Also, This is #1, as in the absolute 1st 3 blader like this I've made in 20 years of boom building - I suppose that might have significance down the road because already there are some crazies out there paying $100's for special booms by team members and overseas makers.
